  • Marcos Nogueira

    Regional Chair Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA), Global Board​

    Marcos is a Portuguese Microsoft Certified trainer. An Active member of the TechNet Community you will find him frequently as a speaker at Portuguese events where his knowledge of Messaging and Management products is very appreciated. Certified from 2001 his area of expertise is Windows Server System, Security, Messaging and Management.

  • ​Thomas Lee

    Regional Past Chair, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA)

    Thomas has been involved in IT for over 40 years. After graduating from Carnegie Mellon University, Thomas worked for ComShare as an OS programmer, ICL in several roles, was a senior manager at Arthur Andersen Management Consulting (now known as Accenture) before setting up on his own. In 2006, Thomas accepted the position of Chief Architect with the international IT Training firm Global Knowledge, based in EMEA where he now works - traveling the globe running a range of training events. Thomas was an MVP for nearly 14 years and is an active MCT for nearly 15 years. He writes for several UK trade magazines and is a regular speaker at industry trade shows. His current technical interests are wide and varied and he has a real passion for the IT Pro community. Thomas lives in a cottage in the English countryside, along with his wife Susan, daughter Rebecca and his collection of Grateful Dead and Jerry Garcia live shows.​

  • Rolf Masuch

    Regional Treasurer

    Rolf Masuch is a German MCT and Product Manager for Active Business Software Consultancy a German Consulting Firm. Recognized across Germany, Austria and Switzerland as the Leader of the PowerShell German User Group, he is also known as a capable Exchange consultant and Trainer. He started working with Microsoft Exchange in 1996. Since then he trained many Messaging Administrators. He also designed and implemented both smaller and larger Installations of Microsoft Exchange over the years. His Specialties involve PowerShell, Windows Server 2008 and Exchange Server 2007.​

  • ​Pawel Potasinski

    Regional Vice Chair​

    Pawel Potasinski has been working in IT for almost a decade. In 2001 he graduated from Warsaw University of Technology, but his first work was during the studies. He worked as a web developer, database administrator and developer, IT trainer, and consultant. From the beginning of his professional career he had something to do with Microsoft SQL Server database systems. Through years he has become a geek and a real passionate of SQL Server which has driven him to become strongly involved in Microsoft communities in Poland and worldwide. In 2007 Pawel founded the Polish SQL Server User Group. In 2008 he was awarded Microsoft MVP for SQL Server.

    Pawel lives in Warsaw, Poland, with his wife Anna and two sons Michal and Wojtek. His hobbies are: basketball, music, computer graphics.
