Michael started working in IT in 1990. His interest was piqued whilst studying for a Bachelor of Engineering at University and he left his degree to follow IT. He has worked in computer retail, support, wholesale and finally professional services over the many years. He has dabbled as a programmer, written articles for magazines, hosted talkback radio programs with regards to IT problems and volunteered in the community, supporting any IT related cause. Michael is the Director of Business Technology Partners in South Australia. He runs a community based website (www.mickyj.com) where he blogs about IT issues and provides access to advice and links to anti-Malware tools. In his time he has held many vendor credentials with AMD, Intel, Trend Micro, Symantec and Microsoft. He has been a member of the Australian Reseller Panel, a Microsoft OEM Partner, Microsoft Preinstallation Specialist, and most recently, retired as a Microsoft MVP (as of January 1, 2009). Michael was the Specialist Technical Reviewer and Expert Critique for the publication "Pro Windows Small Business Server 2003". He helped build an IT network to support 12,000 scouts for the national Australian Scout Jamboree and assisted as a volunteer with many other large group functions. Through his community work he has been awarded the premiers award in South Australia, presented by the Governor General (representing the Queen of England). When Michael finds time, he presents for the local IT PRO user groups including the Small Business Server Users Group. He also works with other user groups and community groups including Rotary and Business Groups. This has included presenting for Microsoft and travelling overseas. Michael's previous connection with Culminis was on the MVP advisory team. It is because of the potential he observed there that he desired to be a member of the regional board.
Raymond Chou is the Principal Consultant for Redynamics Asia Sdn Bhd, a dynamic, future-driven company that focuses on providing IT Training and Systems Management Solutions to corporate companies mainly around the Asia region. He is a seasoned trainer and consultant and has been in the information technology industry ever since the days of Windows 3.1. Raymond has developed and delivered sessions at Tech Ed SEA, partner trainings and is actively involved in customizing workshops for customers especially on newer technologies. His focus is on the System Center product line and the solutions team does consulting and deployment exercises all over the region on Operations Manager, Configuration Manager, Data Protection Manager, Virtual Machine Manager and SoftGrid. He is a current MVP in Operations Manager and the President of the System Center User Group of Malaysia. Raymond is also the founder of the Microsoft Certified Trainers’ Club of Malaysia.
Amanda is a SQL developer and MCP for Dynamics 4.0. She has been working in the IT industry for 20+ years covering various disciplines including network admin, test management, change control, BA, process control and development from ladder programming to .NET. She is the founder of Girl Geek Dinners in New Zealand, the co-leader of Auckland SQL User Group, an avid gamer and a musician.

Satoru Kitabata has been in the IT Training profession for almost 8 years as a MCT, training enterprise IT professionals. He is a Microsoft MVP for Windows SharePoint Services - Communications & Collaboration, a regular speaker at Tech ED and other Microsoft events on topics such as collaboration, Security and Windows Networking, and has been associated with Developer communities and IT Professional communities in Japan & helped them to build strong organizational structure.
Cheng Zhang is the Microsoft MVP in WDE since 2008. He graduated from Shanghai Ocean University with bachelor's degree and lives in Shanghai now. He is the specialist in IT infrastructure and masters Windows Server、Directory Service and Virtualization, so he is the lecturer for Microsoft CPLS and always teaches Microsoft course. He is a technique writer too and gets the column in the Chinese famous Microsoft Technology Blog ITECN(blogs.itecn.net), he has published 3 books about Windows and Windows application yet. Besides that, Cheng Zhang is enthusiastic in community, so he is the co-found of Shanghai MCSE ITPro Club(www.mcse.org.cn) and the moderator in Microsoft China Forum(social.microsoft.com/Forums/zh-CN). Now he is the leader of Shanghai MCSE ITPro Club, which is also the organization in GITCA. By his effort, lots of China MVP and MCT give the technique lecture course in livemeeting weekly. Cheng Zhang is also focuses on the Green IT in China now. When in leisure, he enjoys the sports game and in the habit of watching football/NFL/MLB/NBA games.
Dennis works as an IT Pro Evangelist in the Developers and Platform Evangelism Group, Microsoft Singapore. He never stops advocating the best of what an environment can get, helping IT Pros reap the most of their IT environments and investments, both as a company and as an individual. Dennis holds numerous Microsoft certifications, including Microsoft Certified Trainer. He is also awarded MVP for Windows Server: Setup and Deployment. With close to 10 years of experience, he is conversant with a wide range of technologies, designing and deploying them from small scale to large enterprise environments. Dennis was also a professional developer in his past life, that gives him the advantage of knowing the best of both worlds, IT Pros and Devs. Dennis is a very active speaker and maintains a blog at i-dchung@microsoft.com Be sure to have an attractive subject header.
