  • Lee Benjamin

    Director Secretary, Global Board​

    With over 20 years experience in the messaging industry, Lee Benjamin is an expert on Microsoft Exchange and has in-depth experience in a number of other messaging systems. Lee is an MVP for Microsoft Exchange.

    Since retiring from Microsoft in 1997, he has been a highly sought after consultant for enterprise and medium-sized organizations and software firms. He currently specializes in architecture, migration and upgrade advice. He also evaluates and does product testing and training.

    Lee is chairman of one of the largest Exchange user groups in the world Exchange Server Boston, and Vice President for Boston User Groups, an umbrella organization of over 50 user groups in the New England Area.

    Lee has been an analyst at Ferris Research, and is a regular speaker at industry conferences on topics such as data protection, compliance and eDiscovery, messaging security, mobile access and calendaring integration.

  • Graham Jones

    Past-Chair, Chair 2009 - 2011, Chief Business Development Officer & Global Newsletter Editor

    Graham graduated in Chemical Engineering in the UK over 40 years ago. Over those 40 years he has had a very varied career including process plant design, operation and management; Project, Engineering and IT Management; software and web development and teaching windows desktop and Office.

    Taking a pioneering approach to the use of computers in his engineering work he often solved problems that others had been unable to resolve using more traditional methods. For the past 10+ years he has worked in the IT industry. Helping others has always been a constant whether professionally or via volunteer work.

    This includes providing free IT services to non-profit organizations such as the Surrey Food Bank , acting as a mentor for S.U.C.C.E.S.S which helps new immigrants to find work in IT in Canada, designing, developing and managing the website for the complex where he lives and acting as President of VANTUG for the past 10 years during which time the user group has grown from 200 to over 1400 members.

    He is a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia, Canada, has passed the Project Management Professional (PMP) exam and achieved the Microsoft MCSD (pre .NET) designation. He is a guest contributor on the Microsoft Canada IT Managers blog and IT Pro blog.​

  • Stephen Ibaraki

    Advisor to Global Board

    Stephen started working with technology in 1965 and founded one of the first user groups so very much believes in the power of community connection, helping IT professionals managing change, and supporting their career/skills growth.

  • Barry Sellers

    Regional Chair, North America [NORAM], Global Board

    Barry Sellers has served as a member of the NPA Board of Directors for 9 years for the Network Professional Association (NPA) and most recently as Treasurer/CFO. During his tenure, he has championed, revamped, documented and implemented the NPA Certified Network Professional Certification and is currently working on the Associate Certified Network Professional Certification that focuses on professionalism and ethics, which will be a requirement for the Certified Network Professional Certification. He has held all of the officer positions on the Board of Directors including Chairman over that time. Prior to his time on the Board of Directors, he was the founder and president of the Shreveport Chapter of the Network Professional Association (1993 -1995). He served as the head judge for the Network Professional Association Awards for Professionalism (2002 - 2008). He was awarded the Distinguished Fellow of the Network Professional Association (DFNPA) in 2005. Barry has been an invited member of the Network Computing Magazine editorial advisory board since 2004. He has served as a Judge and Presenter for the Best of Networld + Interop; contest (2005 - 2008).

  • Michael Jenkin

    Regional Chair, Asia Pacific [APAC], Global Board

    MVP 2004-2008, MCP, MCPS, MCNPS, Small Business Specialist Michael started working in IT in 1990.

    His interest was piqued whilst studying for a Bachelor of Engineering at University and he left his degree to follow IT. He has worked in computer retail, support, wholesale and finally professional services over the many years. He has dabbled as a programmer, written articles for magazines, hosted talkback radio programs with regards to IT problems and volunteered in the community, supporting any IT related cause. Michael is the Director of Business Technology Partners in South Australia. He runs a community based website (www.mickyj.com) where he blogs about IT issues and provides access to advice and links to anti-Malware tools.

    In his time he has held many vendor credentials with AMD, Intel, Trend Micro, Symantec and Microsoft. He has been a member of the Australian Reseller Panel, a Microsoft OEM Partner, Microsoft Preinstallation Specialist, and most recently, retired as a Microsoft MVP (as of January 1, 2009). Michael was the Specialist Technical Reviewer and Expert Critique for the publication "Pro Windows Small Business Server 2003".

    He helped build an IT network to support 12,000 scouts for the national Australian Scout Jamboree and assisted as a volunteer with many other large group functions. Through his community work he has been awarded the premiers award in South Australia, presented by the Governor General (representing the Queen of England). When Michael finds time, he presents for the local IT PRO user groups including the Small Business Server Users Group. He also works with other user groups and community groups including Rotary and Business Groups.

    This has included presenting for Microsoft and travelling overseas. Michael's previous connection with Culminis was on the MVP advisory team. It is because of the potential he observed there that he desired to be a member of the regional board​.

  • Anders Pistaceci

    Regional Chair Europe, Middle East and Africa [EMEA], Global Board

    Andrea Pistaceci has been training and speaking professionally throughout the world since 1999 and has spoken in more than 50 countries. Formerly Self Employed, he is now a member of Guidance the training center of Devoteam Belgium.

    In his role at Guidance his primary job involves training and speaking at Microsoft partner events and conferences. He has been a Technical Learning Guide, an MCT ambassador, an ILL guide and has spoken at Microsoft TechEd Europe. His specialty is the Evangelization of Management and Virtualization, especially on the System Center and Hyper-V Products. He has also been involved in Sales and Presales training across Europe to increase awareness of IO and the Dynamics system.

    He speaks 4 languages fluently (Italian, French, English, Spanish), and can present a session in any of those. He also enjoys participating in free training for NGOs thru organizations like Nethope. He loves supporting the community with his User Group and as the Chairman of GITCA's EMEA Board of Directors.

  • Jay Ferron

    ​Principal for Interactive Security Training, LLC. Responsible for various projects that include implementing, training and designing solutions to meet customer’s requirements including security designs, Network infrastructures, enterprise security solutions and Mobility issues.

    ​Vendor to Microsoft, Hewitt Packard, and other technology companies, acting as a Subject Matter Expert. Act as consultant with customers on uses of new technologies and infrastructure issues.

    ​Develop training and delivered on cutting edge technologies that have included Security, High Performance Clusters, Virtualization and Windows Mobile devices. Customers include Microsoft, Asentus Consulting LLC, Rogers Communications, National Rural Electric Association (NRECA), USMC, Booz Allen Hamilton, and US Air Force. Other customers include banks, government agencies,health agencies and providers.

  • Rayanne Buchianico

    Rayanne is the owner of ABC Solutions, LLC, a firm located in Seminole, Florida providing complete accounting, business, and computer consulting services to small and mid-sized businesses.  Rayanne’s areas of expertise include Non-Profit organizations, financial accounting and tax matters for the small business owner.

    Prior to starting ABC Solutions, LLC, Ms. Buchianico practiced with small accounting firms in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and St. Petersburg and Palm Harbor, Florida.  She started her career in IT in 1990 by helping clients of the CPA firm set up their first computer systems. Rayanne earned her first MCP designation in 1998 and co-founded Byte Information Technologies, Inc. in Philadelphia and was named Vice President of the computer consulting firm.  She earned her Enrolled Agent designation after completing the Special Enrollment Examination with the Internal Revenue Service in 2005.  Ms. Buchianico has worked in public accounting since 1984.  She also is a Microsoft Certified Professional with the Small Business Specialist Community designation as well as a QuickBooks Certified Professional Advisor.  Rayanne founded the Tampa Bay Small Business Server User Group in 2003 and remains the group leader today.  She also created the Tampa Bay Autotask Users Group in 2011 for IT Professionals using the Autotask PSA.

  • Marcos Nogueira

    Vice Chair Global Board

    With more than 14 years’ experience in Windows Server Systems, Marcos is currently working as a Senior Consultant, Data Centre Specialist & Virtualization Evangelist for Microsoft IT Solutions at Avanade UK.

    As a Specialist in the Windows Server System, with a focus on AD, Virtualization and Management (with SCVMM, Hyper-V and System Center), he has worked on migration projects with many Microsoft partners in the EMEA and LATAM regions (with products such as Windows Server, Exchange, SharePoint, SCE, SCCM, SCOM, SCVMM, Hyper-V, BDD, SC Orchestrator among others).

    He has worked with Microsoft Brazil in the development of workshops and special events with products such as System Center, Exchange, Windows Server, Windows client among others, and as a speaker at several TechNet events and TechEd Events (NORAM and EMEA)

    He has been an MCT since 2003, training several Microsoft Gold Partners in EMEA and LATAM, and contributes with articles and publications in various blogs and communities. Marcos started and currently leads 2 communities in Portugal (getCERTIFIED and getVIRTUAL) and is one of the founders and leaders of MCT EUROPE.
